FAQ

Do you use LEGO bricks?

The bricks we use are the exact same shape and size as LEGO bricks but are not LEGO branded.

LEGO bricks are extremely expensive and hard to buy in bulk. As a result the price of our art would be astronomical if we decided to use LEGO branded bricks.

The bricks are stacked on top of each other when we build the art, that means the top of the bricks which would normally have the LEGO logo are not seen. You can not tell the difference and you get EPIC art without ridiculous prices.

Upon request we can use LEGO branded bricks but expect the cost to increase by 3-5x the price listed on the website. Contact us if you are interested!

Can you do custom/commissioned brick art?

Yes but we have very limited slots. Send us a message OR DM us on Instagram @BrickByBrickArtCo

Does the art come fully assembled?

YES! You will receive a fully assembled and professionally mounted art piece with high strength wall hangers!

Can you get the brick art in different sizes?

Some pieces need to be designed bigger and some can be made smaller. Whatever is listed in our store is the only size(s) available at the moment.

Can you buy the art unassembled?

Unfortunalty not. We have spent years perfecting the design, assembly and mounting of the brick art to ensure it stays together and can hang on your wall forever!

Why are there a couple small gaps between some bricks?

This is the nature of an art piece made 100 percent from toy bricks! There may be very small gaps between bricks which is what makes the piece unique!

How do you hang the brick art?

The larger brick art is mounted to a 1/2 inch thick piece of plywood with a French Cleat Picture Hanger attached to the back. We also provide an additional French Cleat to attach to the wall to hang your art! In addition, you can easily remove the French Cleats and substitute any other hanging hardware. We recommend getting the art professionally hung.

For our smaller art pieces, you can use a piece of double sided tape to put them up on your wall. When removing from the wall, twist the piece, do no pull.

What happens if a brick gets hit off?

Just stick it back on! Use glue for a stronger bond.

Can you change the colours on a piece listed in the store?

It depends on the change. Contact us if you have any questions.

Can you frame the brick art?

We do not offer framing but once you receive your art, you can bring it to a custom framer to get it done.

What is your return policy?

All products are final sale. No returns.
